Meet the Team

Jill Homan is Chief Investment Officer of Pinnacle Partners with $300 million in assets under management and 18 Opportunity Zone projects, and Advisor for Opportunity Zones at America First Policy Institute. Ms. Homan has almost twenty years’ experience, totaling more than $1 billion in real estate projects.

 

Homan is recognized for her expertise in Opportunity Zones and has worked closely with legislative and administrative members to advocate for effective regulations and promote economic development in underserved areas. In addition, Homan’s commitment to community development is evident in her efforts to develop, operate, and preserve quality workforce housing.

 

Ms. Homan earned a Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Policy degrees from Duke University, with a focus on finance and authoring a thesis on urban revitalization.  Ms. Homan is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative, LEED® accredited professional, and formed an organization of over 200 women investors to learn and invest in institutional real estate. Ms. Homan serves on the Economic Investment Committee for the State of North Carolina, the Triangle East Chamber Board of Directors, and its Economic Development Committee.
